Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Noktra websites, Discord bot subscription services, and related services provided by Noktra Ltd.
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are old enough to use the Services in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of services
Noktra provides Discord products and related subscription services, including enhanced features for moderation, security, server management, economy gameplay, and community engagement. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and may be tied to specific Discord servers.
3. User accounts
You may need to log in with Discord to use certain Services. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Plans: We may offer monthly, yearly, custom, lifetime, or other plans listed on the site.
- Payments: Payments are handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize applicable recurring charges.
- Cancellations: Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled through the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Use of services
You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes, reverse engineer or modify the Services, abuse the Services, spam or harass others, or share subscriptions with unauthorized servers or users.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including bots, code, designs, and content, are owned by Noktra Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for your Discord server.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or other reasons. When access ends, you must stop using the affected Services.
8. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the past 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Noktra Ltd. against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
