Noktra Ltd. aims to provide a fair and transparent refund process for our Discord bot subscription services. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
By subscribing to our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.
1. General refund policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for subscriptions except in the specific circumstances outlined below. Please review service details and any trial options before purchasing.
2. Eligible refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Technical issues: If the Service is unavailable or defective due to our fault, such as bot downtime exceeding 48 hours, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Accidental purchases: If you accidentally subscribed or were charged twice, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for review.
- Legal requirements: Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with features after purchase.
- Violations of our Terms of Service, including account suspension.
- Lifetime plans or other one-time payments unless required by law.
3. Refund process
- Contact contact@noktra.ca within 7 days of purchase or issue occurrence.
- Provide your subscription ID, Discord server ID, and reason for the request.
- We will review and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel recurring subscriptions anytime through the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds unless required by law.
5. Changes to refund policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on the site with an updated date.
